How to fix printer paper jam problem? Unplug the printer from its power source, and unload all unjammed paper. Next, gently remove the printhead and open the door to expose the paper spools. Just pull it out in the same manner as mentioned. You can use some tweezers to free the printer from a tiny piece of paper.

After accessing the faulty ink cartridges, check the bottom. If you find that the plastic film on the bottom of the cartridge is cloudy, probably the cartridge is blocked, and you need to clean it.
